Loaders are common mechanical equipment in our industry, and are widely used in urban construction, mines, railways, highways, hydropower, oil fields, national defense, airport construction, and other projects. They play an extremely important role in accelerating project progress, ensuring project quality, improving labor conditions, improving work efficiency, and reducing construction costs. Safe operation of the loader is also a very important aspect. Not only does it affect the construction process, but more importantly, it involves the safety of the operators and drivers, understanding the safe operation specifications of the loader, and driving the loader safely.
The main function of a loader is to load and unload materials. The working distance of the loader should not be too large. When the reasonable transportation distance is exceeded, the loading operation should be coordinated by a dump truck.
During loading operations, a fully loaded bucket should be lifted and unloaded. The loader should not operate on a site with a gradient exceeding the factory regulations. If operating on a site with a gradient exceeding the regulations, it is easy to cause accidents of tipping due to deviation of the center of gravity. There shall be no obstacles or unrelated personnel in the operation area.
3. In order to ensure the safe operation of the tire loader, focus on inspection before operation
The project shall meet the following requirements:
(1) Lighting and audio devices are complete and effective;
(2) Fuel oil, lubricating oil, and hydraulic oil meet the requirements;
(3) No looseness of each connecting piece;
(4) There is no leakage in the hydraulic and hydraulic transmission systems;
(5) Steering and braking systems are sensitive and effective;
(6) The tire pressure meets the regulations“
(7) You must hold a certificate before working.
After starting the internal combustion engine, it should be idling and idling. The indicated values of all instruments should be normal, and all pipelines should be well sealed. After the water temperature reaches 55 ℃ and the air pressure reaches 0.45MPa, it can start driving.
Before starting, sound the horn to indicate that the bucket should be lifted 0.5 m off the ground. During driving, test the reliability of the brake. Except for the specified operating personnel, it is not allowed to ride other personnel, and it is strictly prohibited to carry people with the bucket.
6. High speed driving shall be adopted when driving at high speed; The shovel should be loaded in low gear. Sudden steering should be avoided during driving. When driving with the bucket loaded, the center of gravity of the machine approaches the tipping point of the front wheel, such as sharp turns or emergency braking, which can easily cause instability and tipping. When the bucket is lifted and driven after loading, no sharp turns or emergency braking are allowed
Move.
7. During loading, the loading amount should be determined based on the density of the material. The bucket should be shoveled from the front and not subjected to unilateral force on the bucket. During unloading, the lifting arm should turn over and the bucket should move slowly at a low speed.
8. When reversing the joystick, it should not be too fast or too violent. If it is too fast or too violent, it may easily cause damage to the machine parts. During full load operation, the shovel arm must not be lowered rapidly. To avoid damaging the machine parts due to the huge impact load generated during braking.
9. Do not lift the bucket to the highest position to transport materials. When transporting materials, it is advisable to keep the lower point of the shovel arm 0.5m from the ground and maintain a smooth driving.
10. In order to prevent the shovel arm from twisting due to uneven stress, during shovel loading or excavation, it is necessary to avoid eccentric loading of the bucket. Moving forward without lifting the arm after shovel loading can cause large deflection and deformation of the shovel arm. Therefore, it is not allowed to move forward when the bucket is retracted or partially retracted without lifting the arm. After the bucket is full, it is recommended to lift the arm to about 0.5m from the ground before retreating, turning, and unloading.
11. When the shoveling resistance is high and the tire slips, immediately stop shoveling and remove the overload before shoveling.
12. When unloading materials from slopes, trenches, and pits, the distance from the tire to the edge should be greater than 1.5m, and the bucket should not be too extended. If the bucket extends too much, or if the material is dumped forward on a slope greater than 3 °, the center of gravity of the machine will exceed the tipping point of the front wheel, causing accidents due to instability.
During operation, the water temperature of the internal combustion engine shall not exceed 90 ℃. Excessive water temperature may cause the internal combustion engine to overheat and reduce its power performance; The oil temperature of the torque converter should not exceed 110 ℃. If the oil temperature of the torque converter is too high, it will reduce the reliability of use, accelerate the deterioration of the working fluid and the aging of the rubber seals. When the above regulations are exceeded, the machine should be shut down for cooling.
14. After operation, the loader should be parked in a safe place, with the bucket flat on the ground, the control lever in the neutral position, and the brake locked.
16. When parking, the speed of the internal combustion engine should be gradually reduced, and sudden flameout is not allowed.
